Join the Team: Chief Executive Officer

Description: Music Beats Hearts is looking for an energetic, professional, and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer to help lead the organization on a day-to-day basis. The CEO will run the organization, build partnerships that will drive hospital visits and major fundraising, lead staff and help strategic decision-making on a daily basis. This person should have 5-11 years of professional experience, most recently as a member of the leadership team at a successful nonprofit.

 

Responsibilities:

♪ Collaborate with Founders & staff to further the growth of MBH

♪ Support fundraising efforts in offline and online capacities

♪ Provide communication with donors, hospital contacts and musicians.

♪ Inspire, lead, hire and train staff members

♪ Lead annual campaigns, marketing initiatives and more

♪ Work with CFO to determine annual budgets and coordinate goals

♪ Passion for Music and helping those in need

 

Skills:

♪ Deep background of nonprofit management

♪ Strategic planning with focus on impact-oriented outcomes

♪ Strong industry contacts that can be activated to support growth

♪ Natural leadership abilities, charisma, and motivational skills.
